HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM BRANDED PRODUCTS


USING A NATIONAL OR COMPANY LOGO
Professional digital art files are required: no photocopies/faxes, photos of logos, MS Word documents, or website graphics are suitable for artwork. These can be used as a visual reference only. Art should be as large or larger than the final printed size desired, if raster-based file/s are provided (png, jpg, tif). Orders may be delayed pending the receipt of high quality art.

We are using the most current, updated versions of Adobe CC/Creative Cloud. Illustrator (vector) EPS or AI files are preferred, with all fonts/ type converted to outlines. Vector PDFs are also acceptable.

If you do not have an Illustrator EPS or AI file please send a high-resolution TIFF, JPG or PNG file. Minimum resolution is 300 dpi. Art for stamped items (planners, diaries, desk calendars and foil-stamped folders) must be in solid black and white only - no color, halftones or gradients.

Most of our product pages contain an ART UPLOAD tab within the item description. Art files can be uploaded for review, or emailed to
art@necanco.com. In the subject field, please note your company name. In the message area please be sure to include contact name, phone number, item being ordered, and New England Calendar customer number (if known/current customer).

SET-UP & HANDLING
Setup is a cost associated with creating a screen, die plate, and or the setup of specific printing equipment used to create your imprinted product. Each different imprint and each different style require a separate set-up and handling charge where applicable.


COLOR SELECTION/STYLE
If an item is out of stock we will do our best to find a comparable option but cannot guarantee one will be available. Ordering during our Early Bird season helps ensure that your desired color or theme will be in stock.


ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & PRODUCTION
Once we receive your order we will email you a quote and copy of your imprint for approval. Upon order approval, production time for most items is 4-6 weeks.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges that display in your cart at checkout are an estimate only. You will never pay more than the amount shown on the receipt upon placing your order, however your shipping cost may be manually edited to a reduced amount. Our website uses a percentage based shipping calculator that corresponds to quantity only, and is typically always adjusted before we process your order. You will be asked to approve your order quote and imprint before we process your order and charge your credit card. The correct shipping amount will be represented on that quote. Also, feel free to call us while placing your online order to request a more accurate shipping charge: 1.800.721.7725. We are available to answer your call 5 days a week.

Each item has its own shipping schedule. Items ordered at the same time may be shipped at different times. Please feel free to contact us with any questions on ship dates, or regarding our Order Now / Pay Later system.

TERMS
All orders require payment upon placing your order unless open account terms have been established in advance. New England Calendar Company will accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. For orders delivered in New York, 8.5% sales tax will be added. Tax will be manually revised according to county once the credit card transaction is processed. For orders delivered in Connecticut, 6.35% sales tax will be added.
